sorry for being a bother but here we go again hubby bought me popsicle brand tropicals no sugar added says 10 calories per pop and 5 carbs.....thinking not good...help. joyce

What is the sugar alcohol number? You minus that off the regular carbs and you probably have a net carb of 2. Those are the ones we were allowed.

calories 10..........fat 0-0%daily...........sat and trans 0...........cholesterol 0.........sodium 2 mg-1% daily..........sodium 2mg-1% daily.........carb 5g 2% daily........fiber 3g 12 % daily..... sugar 1 g-------------ok this is the lable readings.
