I am having the exact same pain, no other symptoms, surgery was on the 21st. I am taking Tylenol every 4 hours and it is slowly improving.

I had pain in the lower left quadrant.  At my 3 week follow up, the Nurse Practionner told me that this is the zone where they do the most 'torquing' so the muscles need to heal.

It took about a month for that one to settle down. Actually, I developed a subconcious habit of walking around rubbing that spot like some sort of good luck talisman. I figured it served as a reminder to me to not do too much until the "don't lift anything heavier than 5 pounds for a month" phase was over.

Thanks everyone. I was so worried that I had done something to hinder the healing with all the crap thats going on.

I think I will just take it easy and use the pain as a reminder to slow down a bit!

Thanks again....its good to know Im on the path to "normal"! :)

 Hi Jennifer

I am having similar pain but its only been 2 weeks, so I think we need more time.  It is still getting in and out of the car, leaning over and bending down. I seem to have more energy but then i get tired fast too.  Its all a process!

take care, keep in touch!

Yesterday I finally started feeling somewhat normal as far as pain goes, it is still there but not like it was. Take it easy and take Tylenol often, it will help if you are taking it regularly. I was taking it every 4 hours for about 4 days and then yesterday I felt so good I only took it twice and the same today.
