Ridiculous weight loss!
Yayyyy I didn't see you before today but you look great hope you feel alot better question ? Did u start premier right away no boost or carnation ? Cause I wanted to do premier it has 1gram of sugar is that ok? And the dietician mentioned it to me also it's so much cheaper email them to get those two boxes!

I started with Carnation at the hospital, then had Boost at home, then started premier after the dietician said I might as well because of the higher protein count (30g). Its nice to only have to drink two of those things to hit the protein target (60g), rather than 4 Boosts (which only still gets you to 56g). I'm not loving the taste of any of the three, so its like taking medicine and then I get to enjoy my water & chicken broth :)

Congratulations on your success to date. Just stick with the program and you will continue to lose. It's awesome that you aren't going to become addicted to the scales! I think that you will be pleasantly surprised each appt with your continued success plus you won't have the disappointments along the way when you happen to stall, your body will lose and adjust on it's own.

Thanks Moselle! I am someone who is easily addicted to things, hence why I am here in the first place. I can see myself easily becoming someone who weighs myself 2 or 3 times a day and becoming obsessed with the numbers. I know that I may never reach a small number, I'm looking for changes in my body and changes in the things I am able to do!
