Morning Barb,

I'm with you on Tim's chili and coffee.  Not really much there that I like other than the apple cider but it's full of sugar so don't have it often.  I saw your post about the Mickey D's coffee.  We drive right by the Tim's to get one from there.  It's one of the best coffees out there.  They had a good deal on it this week for sure.  You have merlot just for me and I'll have some Malbec just for you.  Tomorrow night we will be into the Merlot at my sister's.

Heading out of town this afternoon for the weekend. Will be a weekend of too much indulgence but those weekends do happen once in awhile.  Going to spend the weekend with my son to celebrate our birthdays together.

B - scrambled eggs with feta (my new fav breakie)

S - mango, raspberries mixed with greek yogurt

L - czech pork and gravy, cuke and tomato salad

S - will grab a jumbo black coffee at Country Style while on the road

D - going out - perhaps Chinese so will pick some veggie dishes

S- a shared bottle of Malbec although I'd prefer the whole bottle

I am taking my parents north so they get a change of scenery.....will also be a weekend of indulgence.....brought my runners up too to counteract some of that wine

We will have fun Barb.  He usually comes up here for my birthday but since Charlie gets tomorrow off for Remembrance Day we decided to go visit him for a change.  Will stop in at my parents tonight then drive the rest of the way tomorrow.  Our birthdays are 11 days apart and since he's been away at school we always get together and have a joint birthday weekend with too much bad eating and too much booze.

Have fun in Huntsville, I know you love it there and am sure your parents will enjoy the time away as well.

Nah, I was up.  Puttering around, getting ready for work. lol

B - coffee with milk x 2, protein shake
S - green grapes, 2 babybel, 2 melba toast
L - fully loaded potato soup (M&M's) (WOW it's good)
S - sf/ff yogurt
D - ran out of mushrooms, so 1/2 a green pepper stuffed with crab and shrimp
S - decaf from my Keurig with a shot of Baileys (not the best choice, I know. lol)

Have a good one! Safe travels Barb and Tracey!

That soup sounds yummmy! Do you think it would be okay for someone four months out?

I don't have an RNY but during weight loss phase, I'd not eat this.  It is a slider food and tons of fat and carbs.  Karen is in maintenance mode so that's a different story.  Here are the stats on the soup if you ate the whole thing.
