Hmmm..... likely not Katie, sorry. I mean, you'd only eat about a 1/2 a portion but the carbs are high in it. You and I can share a bowl sometime :)

Edited to add: Tracey is absolutely right in that I'm totally in maintenance mode - it really does make a difference to be in your active weight loss phase.

Edited again: As a consolation prize, you have won a free sugar-free Nesquik container, shipped lovingly from North Carolina, to me, and now to YOU! xo

Why can't you eat it?  A little moist chicken with sauce, tiny bit of mashed potatoes?

No matter how I've prepared it, even in soup, chicken does not sit well in my pouch.  I get terrible pain and foamies from it, no matter how moist it is or how much I chew it.  I try it every few weeks, but to date...no luck eating it without pain and foamies.

They offered to get me ribs but I declined because I dont know how I'll react to the sugar in the BBQ sauce.  I havent dumped so far and I definitely dont want it to happen at work.

Ahhhh.... makes sense.

My first meal "out" was actually SC.  I got the mashed potatoes side, shared a small piece of someone's chickren and cut it up as tiny as I could (think almost shredded) and poured some gravy over it and mixed it all together.  It was GREAT!  No problems at all.

Simona have you tried the dark meat?  Lots find it easier as it's nowhere near as dry as the white meat.

Yup...tried dark and white meat.  I've always preferred dark meat - better flavor.  Same reaction to both.  Feels like the chicken is trying to peck it's way out of my body!  LOL!

Oh.  Perhaps cook it first then?
