Morning all. Getting sooooo close to the weekend I can taste it.   Back at work and sniffling through it.  :)


B- Protein Shake, decaf skinny peppermint mocha

S- Kashi Bar

L- mini tuna kit

S- FF cottage cheese

D- Albacore Tuna pieces in a fresh  orange and sessame glaze (gonna try a new recipe)

S- a banana with PB

 Job interview went well yesterday (eventhough she made me feel self conscience by telling me my clothes were all wrong)

I have to go to a doc appointment with Tim today, his knee has been hurting a lot lately it popped really loud the other day, and we are worried he'll need surgery (wrestling sux on the knees)

B- oatmeal, peanut butter and greek yogurt
L- leftover wendy's chili
S- not sure
D- some kind of beef and veggies
S- maybe a bit of popcorn

Happy birthday to my sister scorpios this weekend

Basically my intake is protein, protein, protein, and a few complex carbs, and low fat foods.. same as usual.

Just got home from a 6.2 mile walk.. in cold blustery winds.. new time record for me.. one hour and 50 min to walk 6.2 miles..not bad for an old hen! LOL 

saw family doc today to get MRI results for my spine.. have some spinal stenosis and doc says my spine is a mess.. heck I could have told him that! I have put up with increasing pain in spine and sciatica for months, worse since I lost weight! anyway, now we know what is what and now we learn to live with it as comfortably as possible.
