thanks. I will look it up.  I am looking at mall walks.  The only thing is I have to take wheeltrans there and back and there goes my whole day.   This really sucks.
I wonder if there is anyone who is on odsp and wants to go to the olympian gym.  I wouldn't mind if I was going with someone.  I can only get the car at nights though.  My car broke down and we just cannot afford two right now.  I am lost without it.   Wheeltrans takes forever.  Well, enough of venting, I just have to figure something out.

thanks everyone for your help.

If mobility is an issue, have you looked up chair aerobics? Don't laugh it's a real thing! LOL I learned how to teach it in Teacher's College for days when we couldn't get the students outside for their daily physical activity. If you follow a few videos for a half hour (check youtube), it does end up to be quite a workout and you can vary the intensity with how you are feeling that day and use the chair for balance. Most of the moves involve cardio while sitting or doing short burst of walking or dancing around the chair. Perhaps this might be an activity for you to consider.
