Did you feel fatigued doing OF?
If you stick to your plan you will lose the required amount of weight.
and after surgery get back to the walking as soon as you can as long a syou are moving you are making the most of your tool and limited fuel intake...without completly exhausting yourself...and you will be TIRED...for some it lasts a couple of weeks for me it was almost 2 months although I only had not a full two weeks off from work.
prior to surgery 323lbs....4 years post-op maintaining between 108- 114 lb loss.
life is AMAZING when you continue on the right path~!. Use your surgeons gift to the fullest~!

Thanks for all the input.
I was only planning on doing some treadmill.. as I don't get to walk alot in the day. I just can't see losing 20lbs without doing something a bit physical.
Sharon that's great that you got to rediscover the art of conversation with your family at meal times. We have a no tv rule at ours as I think this is the ideal time where we are all three of us sitting at one place long enough to have a family discussion.
So I'm not too worried I will miss out on much for the two or three weeks where I don't feel like sitting there. It's only the first day and I'm already smelling yummy things cooking and having to handle all the food and it's a bit difficult, mostly just trying not to pop something in my mouth like I used to always do so while cooking.
