It's a high protein bread. 1 slice has 14g of protein. The company website is www.highproteinbread.com

I'd love to try it, but I seem to have zero tolerance for bread right now.  Maybe in a few months I'll try bread again.

Toasted bread was how I started.  Nothing else on it.
I still have to be very careful with bread + filling, like wraps and sandwiches.
Chewing through all the textures so that it's fine enough.

I hear you! My stomach does not tolerate any type of bread products since WLS. But my hubs had RNY this pass January and it goes down just fine for him.

The only bread type thing I seem to be able to handle is Ryvita (MultiGrain)  Triple love it but have to be very careful to make sure I chew chew chew it to death lol.   Sometimes I even break it up and mix it with my cottage cheese just to get a different texture in there.
