Have a fun shopping day Barb. Isn't the Oikos the best so far of all the greek yogourts? I love it and it's on sale this week almost everywhere to boot.
Making marinara and meatballs to the freezer and possibly dinner tonight if we are home. Doing a bit of baking as well and then off shopping late afternooon. I really need to start my Christmas shopping, it's the first year that I am not done by now. I haven't even started and really am clueless as to what to get anyone, I guess that's a sign they all have too much already.
B - egg and spinach scrambled together
S - greek yogurt mixed with frozen raspberries
L - 3 oz black pepper encrusted pork tenderloin, tomato/cuke salad
S - apple, 1 oz extra old cheddar
D - marinara and turkey meatballs with a bit of spaghetti if home and if out most likely a chicken ceasar salad.

Yes I love the Oikos....I tried other greek yogurts and just couldnt get into the taste...
Now I buy the flavored Oikos.....130 calories and 12 grams of protein....I know the calorie count is high....but it is so filling
You must be buying the plain and then adding your fruit? A better plan - I will try that when I get home....I am assuming it is less calories that way?
Meatball marinara....you have my mouth watering....love it
I have decided this year that other than my little great nephews and nieces - no gifts....a donation instead....everyone has too much stuff...
talk to you soon

Yes I buy the plain and then use my own fruit and sometimes one of my flavoured syrups. The SF vanilla one is really good to sweeten it then just add whatever fruit I want. If I use mango then I don't add any sweetener as I find it sweet enough on its own.
If you are looking for ideas and don't want to buy the kids something, one year I got a donation made under my name to world wildlife fund, my cousins and myself each got a different animal adopted under our name for the year and we received an info booklet on the endangered animal and a little stuffed animal version of it. It was a nice gift. Maybe you could do something like that.... just a thought!
