WMC Ottawa Support workshop Dec 7

For people in Ottawa, there is a WLS support group workshop being held on December 7th at the WMC. It is called "Surviving the Holidays" and the facilitator is Jennifer, the (good) dietitian. I believe it's from 6:00-7:30pm.

If you are interested, you have to call the WMC to register.

This is such good news for the city! Finally the WMC is bringing support to us ..would love to hear more about this meeting! If you have any more info it would be greatly appreciated! Where is the meeting? I love Jen she is so great at her job!

i would love to go but again with no car i dont like to travel that far in the evening

There is no charge. You just have to call to sign up as I believe places are limited to the size of the room. It is being held at the WMC in the back in their "classroom"

If someone needs a ride and thats the only thing stopping you, let me know and maybe we can work something out.
