Karen or Tracey..........London fog
I'm not a Karen or a Tracey but maybe I can help...
Steep an Earl Grey Tea bag in steamed milk (or microwaved hot milk if you don't have a steamer like me) and flavour with sugar free vanilla syrup. You can change up the flavours by changing the type of tea.... I'm sure they each have their own name, but I don't know them. My current favourite if you are interested in something different is Celestial Seasonings Gingerbread Spice tea with milk and french vanilla syrup.

Katie, have you tried the Bengal Spice from Celestial Seasonings? I'll bring a few bags with the SF Nesquik on Thursday.

No I haven't but would appreciate it thanks! I've been trying to get my hands on the sugar cookie flavour but it seems that holiday flavour is only available in the states and the price for shipping from amazon.com is the same as the cost of the box of tea! But I would definitely appreciate trying some thanks!
