Surgery March 23/2011. Completed three full marathons and two half marathons, two half Ironman distances. Completed my first Full Ironman distance (4 km swim, 180 km bike, 42.2 km (full marathon) run) in Muskoka August 30/2015. Next Ironman Lake Placid July 23/2017!
b: Greek Yogurt and sf caramel pudding
S; Goat cheese on Ryvata
l: Probably chicken....hmmm I keep eating the same things!
s: Starbucks latte with protein powder
D: Going to a Christmas party...cheese and meat i'm guessing!

B- steel cut oatmeal with walnuts and SF syrup
S-Unjury chicken soup
L-left over BBQ veg and fish (only if its still good 36 hrs ago?) it seems I'm always eating left overs. Good job there good tasting.
S-some specialty tea
S-date night soup at our local dive. 6 different soups to choose from, if I can't decide I may have to buy some and freeze for next week.
S-Protein shake.

On the menu today:
B: 1/2c. dry Hi-Lo Cereal
S: 140g. PC Greek Yogurt
L: 3 Slices Spicy Salami, 1oz Cheddar & 3 Melba Toasts
S: Protein Shake
D: Holiday Party - they're serving Beef Tenderloin and Roast Chicken on the same plate. I'll likely have the beef and take the chicken and leftover beef home.
And I'm going to try REALLY hard not to eat dessert or graze at the dessert table after dinner. I promised myself no more treats. I've been indulging WAY too much this week for some reason. I really need to figure out the reason - hunger is definitely not it. Im thinking stress might be it. Ive been stressed at work but I dont eat the treats there, I eat them at home at night - typically before bed.

The snow flakes are falling and I'm sitting here at the spa getting my mani/pedi!!
Ahhh.... Had a massage too, gotta love FRIDAYS. It was a gift from my wonderful husband for my 7 month surgivesary.
now here's what's on the menu today...
B boiled egg and 1/2 piece of WW toast
S water And vitamins
L out shopping so probably Wendy's chilli
S nothing just more water ( I had 2 after eights (choc)last night.. Feeling guilty)
D not sure...going to my husbands hockey Xmas party
