Congatulations on your date!  It seems like it has been a long time coming!  I really like the taste of them so had no problems, just make sure they are really cold.  Can't wait to hear how you do on them.  I'll be able to visit you as I have an appointment on Jan 12 at St Joe's.  I won't bring you chocolates!  PM me your last name so I'll know who to ask for if I don't see you walking the halls.

Congrats!

I was having OF right at the beginning of BBQ season.  I would allow myself to inhale the fragrance of the bbq (since smell is part of taste) and that satisfied me.

As for Xmas dinner, sit with the family, enjoy their company, and have your OF in a fancy Xmas glass.  Set your place with a nice placemat, napkin, even a fancy Christmas plate if you have one.  Don't segregate yourself and/or deprive yourself of the festivity just because you're on OF.  You're going to have to get used to less food for the rest of your life anyway, might as well start now.

Good luck!

Beth
