The best NSVs!

My weight is down 24 lbs since Optifast started November 11, but today at my family doctor I got 2 fantastic pieces of news:

1. My diabetes is gone!
2. My hypertension is gone!

This has made everything worthwhile, even if I don't lose any more weight (but I will!).

Good luck to everyone having surgery soon!

Yahoo! I also stopped my last blood pressure med the day of surgery and Metformin on Wednesday this week. No more pills except thyroid med.
