Me, run?
I am so thrilled to be experiencing NSVs, since I don't have a scale at home.
Tonight my sister, nephew and I went out for a walk to the mall. Half hour there, half hour back. On the way back, my 4 year old nephew decided he wanted to have a bit of a snowball fight. Just for fun, I thought I would run away, and I actually ran! And not once, but 5 times! And my knees didn't scream in pain afterwards! I must say, it was nice moving at a faster pace for once in my life, lol.
