Yes i did notice that.  LOL  I was really hoping the sore throat was just a side effect of the meds since it's listed as once but when it turned to coughing up phlegm then I knew it was a cold.  I hate being sick.

Me too.  And if it wasn't my second to last day in this position, I would have called in sick. LOL!

I'm working, then have a meeting tonight.

This is what I brought in my lunch bag which covers most snacks, breakfast & lunch
egg salad
yogurt, enough cereal for a crunch & frozen berries
cheese strings
banana
mini boxe of raisons

Supper will be something with chicken, haven't decided what exactly yet, but have leftover chicken that I cooked in the crock pot yesterday.

S - a coffee to take to my meeting.

I am really excited for tonight! We are going to see Jeff Dunham at the ACC! WOOT! :D We are also going to go to a little puc- The Overdraught; looks like they have a great menu

I have been low carbing this week and I have lost 3 lbs, YAY! I have been tracking and trying to watch my foods. Yesterday was rough, I only had about 3hrs of broken sleep and ate some nuts and chocolate.

first thing this morning- ferrero rocher
B- cheese omlet :)
S- greek yoguart
L- 1/2 minced ham sandwich
S- premier protein shake (I'm going to stop by Costco & get some)
D- out! Filet mignon, veggies and mashed taters
S- cutie orange and a fibre bar

totals- 1047 calories, 45.7g fats (40%), 53.1g carbs (20%), 102.3g proteins (40%)

all water, coffee, tea and vitamins in

For the first time in 10 months, I am actually starving today. Dunno what happened - maybe my pouch is stretching? (cue the ominous music ...)

 B - bowl of Cheerios, large Chai
 S - 1/2 cup yoghurt w blueberries & bran buds
 L#1 - (unexpected) chicken gumbo
 L#2 - (preplanned) turkey pepperette, 2 crackers
 S - apple + old cheddar
 D - chicken & cabbage casserole w mashed potato

Multivitamins in, and D3 - but calcium and B12 still to go.

Late posting today - had an early morning appt. Home now. Made my dad's dinner (soup) and made my lunch & dinner for tonight. I think I'm gonna have the same thing tomorrow too

On the menu today:

B: Protein Shake
L & D: 2.5oz Grilled Beef Tenderloin w/ horseradish
S: 2 Hard Boiled Eggs (was hungry at the docs office!). If I need another snack this afternoon/evening - 1oz Old Cheddar
