What are you eating/doing today? (Thursday)
I'm spending the whole day on school work. I have what feels like a million readings to do, and I need to organize myself with respect to my assignments. Then off to my TA job (bummer, it's an evening class).
B - Greek yogurt (Oikos; finally tried it and YUM!)
S - milky decaf tea x 2 or 3
L - leftover roast chicken, salad w/ LF dressing
S - grapes, turkey pepperette
D - don't know; starting work at 5:00 so might just have a protein bar at break
S - no idea

B- 1/2 cup greek yogurt with blueberries, strawberries and bran buds
S - Cheese String
L - Steak with peppers and onions (yes again lol)
S - 2 slices of an apple and peperette
D - Out for dinner since were going to the new place tonight so ummm some meet with veggies at restaurant
S - Protein Shake
Have a good day everyone for Ottawa people a safe drive home after work since it's suppose to be very nasty

My guts hate me today - I won't even mention, it's TMI. lol So, not too sure what I'll be eating, but at this point, some very weak coffee.
B - coffee, then I'll try a few soda crackers
S - tea, crackers
Ha - it's not even worth writing the menu, nevermind. lol

D- one egg scamble 2tbsp avacado hummus and melba toast
S- chicken strips and greek yogurt with hot sauce.
work, ugh, then running group tonight! and its snowing out today... sigh. hope it clears up.
B - egg, scrambled in microwave, 1 oz old cheddar
S - yogurt with bran.
L - pork loin chop, broccoli
s - deli turkey, crackers
D - not sure yet, oh yes!!! the soup my mom made me the other day.

Don't you love how you can be over-qualified for a job? Hell, if I need or want a job, just give it to me. I'll decide if I'm over-qualified! LOL

B - lots of hot liquids, coffee, herbal tea, lemon/honey water
S - hopefully get a protein shake in
L - turkey soup
D - leftover cabbage casserole or another bowl of turkey soup if throat is too sore
Lots of hot liquids throughout the day and evening to soothe my throat.
