Vitamins supplements and more oh my!

Ok so I meet the surgeon march 2nd and am trying to get everything together and ready before that date. I want to make sure I can tolerate or learn to tolerate the taste and texture. So any suggestions when it comes to protein and a chewable vitamin and calcium? What bRands? Where to buy is it cheaper on the net to buy? Can we have the new gummy multi? Help!!! Lol

i use Jameson and get it from wal-mart, and the permier protein shakes premixed from Costco, i go and have the B12 shot from my doctor this way you only need it once a month, the vitamins at wal-mart were about 13.00 but will last for quite a while, make sure you get chewables .

I just got evrything at Shopper's when it was on sale. Protein shake from Costco when it was on sale.` Make sure everything is chewable. Vitamins were Centurm 50+. Good luck Denise

Thanks guys so helpful! Just a quick question how much is the pre mixed protein at Costco? Is it worth getting a membership there?
