Optifast hasn't arrived!

I'm supposed to be on three weeks of optifast before my surgery and the nurse already cut that short by two days when she booked my surgery; she scheduled me to start tomorrow with my surgery on March 12th.

The problem is that the optifast hasn't arrived! She said that if it wasn't here by now to call her, which I did, however there was no answer, I could only leave a message.

Now what?!

I don't actually expect any answers, all I can do is wait for the nurse to call back (unlikely to happen tonight now), I just needed to express my exasperation I guess!
