Home from my pre-op & day 4 of opti!
I'm home from my pre-op at st. joes. Everything is good to go for surgery.. March 22nd at 8am with Dr. Gamora! (not sure if I spelled that right)...but I LOVE him...such a nice guy.
I'm on day 4 of opti and doing well...I am down 9lbs and already adjusting to the liquid diet. Of course the smell of dinner can be a little tantalizing...but I'm so happy to say I'm getting through this really nicely. You know when you go on a diet and feel so deprived at times? I find that this optifast diet is literally sooo much easier because you can't have food PERIOD, so it's like, alright whatever. Drink my shake and move on!

I agree with your thoughts on Opti. It's easier than eating!! lol. but very true about the smells!!!
Opti is helping me to drop weight too but have developed the Opticlog...
