showing below goal on ticker?

Hi. I've noticed that some people's tickers show that they are below goal.  I can't seem to figure out how to do this with my ticker.  I checked the tutorial and it doesn't say anything about this.  Any thoughts on how to do this?

Karen, I believe the tickers at OH only let it show Goal Reached.  Those that use ticker factory tickers will show below goal.  You'd have to create a ticker at www.tickerfactory.com and then post it in your siggy line if you want it to show that.
