I wanted to know if anyone has had the depo shot once every 3 months if they have gained any week?

I've been on it for 12 years and love. I do not contribute ANY of my weight on it.

I am still on it. Sure I gained weight during the time I've been on it but I contribute that to poor food choices and lack of exercise. I am 4 months post op and am losing at a steady rate same as everyone else.
I also have not had a period since I've been on it. I LOVE that part!!
