What are you doing/eating today? (saturday)

 Good afternoon! :)

Today, I am just relaxing :) it's great! 

B- 1scrambled egg, 1/2 slice bacon, 2 bites of toast
S- 2tbsp PB, 4 crackers and 2 triangles of new LC jalepeno
L- small sandwich with LOTS of meat and slice of cheese, some protein shake
S- leftover lunch
D- not sure yet, going out tonight
S- skinny cow ice cream

All liquids and vitamins in

Got a month membership today for $20.00 here in Nicaragua. I have been missing the running for a couple months so it was good to run, even on a treadmill. Stinking hot though working out it 30 degree weather with no air condtioning, but it could be worse, in the afternoon it feels like 40.

Tonight we are going dancing with some of our friends. I am so happy to be getting out to the disco, that is what they call the club.

Now that we are not teaching six days a week anymore we have time to do these extra things.

Breaky- cottage cheese
S- 1 egg
L- beans on a tortilla
S- spoon of peanut butter
Dinner- chicken, rice, peppers

Woke up with a migraine so I'm not doing much today.

On the menu today:

B: 1/2 protein shake
S: 3 crackers w/ 3 slices of salami
L: 2 chicken skewers w/ 1tbsp tzatziki
S: other 1/2 of my protein shake
D: 2oz beef tenderloin topped with blue cheese (yummy!)

 Just hanging out at home with my son.  The neighbour's kid is over to play with him this afternoon.

B-one egg omelette with feta cheese, slice tomato on side
L- salmon patty, high protein dip, slice red pepper, one baby carrot, one babybel light cheese
D-chicken salad, 2 slices red pepper
S1-half a chocolate peanut butter pure protein bar, yoplait yogurt
S2-protein shake

Afternoon all

Simona I used to get most of my migraines on the weekend....I think its a real syndrome......take it easy and hope its gone soon

Golfed this morning and hair highlighted this afternoon...and out to an Irish dinner/dance tonight

B - protein shake

s - protein bar
banana

l - ceasar salad with grilled chicken....ate half a small salad

s - greek yogurt

d - corned beef....boiled potatoes.....cabbage....and some wine and beer
