Good morning everyone :)

Short and sweet today :P Off to work I go....

B- 1/3c bran buds
S- 1/2c cottage cheese, 50g grapes
L- 1/2 ham and cheese sandwich
S- LC cheese (new french onion) and  5 crackers
drive home- protein shake
D- chicken and veggies
S- dunno yet, if anything at all

all liquids and vitamins in :)

I was just about to post this and thought I better refresh first in case someone else had already. Not sure what is up with my body waking up at 430 every morning lately.

Nothing much on the go today.  Am going to attempt to walk 1 mile.  Have not been able to exercise for over a year due to overall body pain.  Am on new meds and they are helping so will aim for 1 mile.  It's funny to think I"m aiming for a mile when I used to walk 5 miles easily.

B - 2 poached eggs

S - 2 slices smoked salmon, 1 oz swiss cheese

L - chicken soup, heavy on chicken and veggies and very little broth

S - protien shake

D - 4 oz pork chop, green salad, roasted asparagus

School all day, school wor****il bed time.

B - Greek yogurt, Kashi go lean
S - decaf tea x 2, maybe a muscle milk (bringing it with me in case I want it)
L - ham, mustard, 2 crackers, cheese string
S - pineapple, turkey pepperette
D - chicken or fish, some kind of veggie
S - don't know yet

S - veggies with hummus dip
L - chicken (3oz) on oopsi bread
S - apple and cheese
D - taco salad (home made)
S - nothing planned

Good morning everyone. Nothing much going on except a doctor appointment today. I really think I need to change things up a bit as the weight loss has really slowed down these last few weeks. I'm going to try and eat breakfast instead of just having a shake and see if that doesn't make a difference....


BB- Decaf coffee w milk x2

B- hard boiled egg with cheese

L- garden salad with chicken

S- Greek yogurt or protein shake

D-
Halibut baked with field greens salad

More appointments today Got my date to see Dr. Huynh about my gallbladder - April 24.

Gonna try & either get to the gym or just walk today.

On the menu:

B: 3/4c Hi Lo Protein Cereal w/1c Almond Milk
L: 100g Chicken
D: 100g Chicken w/Veggies
S: 100g Astro Yogurt, Baby Carrots (9), Cheddar (15g)

Morning all :)

I am freakin' TIRED today - I hate night committee meetings.  I am also not fond of one of the members of this particular committee.  I told my dad this morning about this "older gentleman" - he said maybe he'll die soon. HAHAHAHAHA  I replied, No, the mean ones always last forever.

Anyway......... LOL

B - coffee with milk x 2, the guts of a sub.  Yes, a sub.  Just the guts.
S - protein shake
L - damn the Cafe upstairs, they have lasagna today.  Skipping it, going to have pesto shrimp. I heart shrimp lately for some reason.
S - tea
D - Broccoli, cauliflower, and some hunk of meat, not sure which variety yet. BBQ'd.

 Ok Barb.  I'm back.  My dinner/evening was a DISASTER last night.  I'll be home for dinner tonight, so things should be better!!

B - 1/4c scrambled eggs, 2 slices bacon, fruit.
L - ?
S - ?
D - ?

Good Morning!

Last night wasn't as planned, but my tummy muscles kind of ruled the show from after work out until almost bed time.  Not working out, as I don't want a relapse, my 4 year old doesn't need to take care of me 2 days in a row.  See if I can get walking instead.

B - ff yogurt
S - cheese strings
L - going out, so probably guts of half a steak sub
S - either yogurt or the other half of my steak sub
D - everyone else is having french toast, may try a small piece, or just have french toast hold the bread.
S - see how I'm feeling

Getting my water in, the pain yesterday prevented me having much of anything after 2. Making up for it today.
