Hi Everyone!!!

have not been on much so busy with work and kids, but wanted to stop by and say hello and hope everyone is doing well, the last time i posted i was having stomach sickness, well,, my pouch and i are finally getting along we've bonded, lol and i have handed over control to her and accepted she is in charge.my weighloss is going great, will post pictures soon, take care everyone and best of luck to all
