Nasty rahes?

Any one else getting nasty rahes in the groin and bellybutton area?

 I have gotten heat/friction rashes in the groin area following long workouts on the treadmill. Penaton cream or Zincofax works well. 

I tried all that stuff and nothing help except Extra Strength Gold Bond Powder.

Any idea if these sores are cause for OHIP to pay for plastic surgery to have the legs and stomach excess skin removed?

to treat, get a prescription from your doctor, you need to have the rash documented, in order to have evidence that its there, to help you get ohip to pay.

if you want to treat it on your own, try canesten cream mixed with hydrocortisone.
