Hi all

There is a group of us that meet most thursdays at Starbucks at Kennedy Commons in Scarborough. Kennedy/401 area

We will be meeting around 7PM tomorrow night
Everyone welcome. Sometimes we have a really big group, sometimes not so big. We never really know
We have old timers(surgery wise LOL) like me, people who have not yet had surgery and some who have recently had surgery.
Very good support, encouragement and just a way to meet others who have gone through similar things.

Surgery March 23/2011. Completed three full marathons and two half marathons, two half Ironman distances. Completed my first Full Ironman distance (4 km swim, 180 km bike, 42.2 km (full marathon) run) in Muskoka August 30/2015. Next Ironman Lake Placid July 23/2017!
