Well day 1 of the 5dpt is almost done and we'll I can safely say that as long as I'm busy, I'm not really thinking about food at all.  No real issues today but it's certainly different again being on fluids only.  My wife is doing it with me so we have each other to support which is good for sure, hopefully tomorrow will be as good as a day as today was.  More reports tomorrow, keep smiling everyone.

It's a good thing to be busy when doing this type of thing and really nice you have your wife to partner you.
Good luck

Survived today too. And survived cooking for my dad. Tomorrow will be easier. Planning on being out of the house for most of the day.
