Recipe question about egg bites

So I want to make some.. do you use the mini muffin tins or just regular muffin tins? lol

I feel stupid asking! I know they are called mini egg bites.. but in relation to a regular quiche a regular muffin tin would be mini.. but in relation to a muffin sized thing, a mini tart tin would be considered mini..

 you can use both the regular size pan and the mini..

I think I read she uses the mini for a snack and the regular for a meal

I use the regular. Fits a slice of ham and one egg very well.

I didn't understand from the recipes how many of either size made a meal or a snack??

Shelley, aka Eggface uses a mini muffin tin.  I actually made some last night, love them!!!
