Weight gain

 My he is a busy man eh?  Thanks and good luck to you and I will let you you know how it goes.  I met him already and he is a very nice, kind gentleman.

 I lost weight before surgery, and before optifast, mostly from giving up sugar and juice.

In the end, surgery came so quickly I didn't have time for any "goodbye" meals.  But I think it's normal to grieve a change.
