Weight gain

 Just wondering has any gained weight from the time your referral was sent to your first visit with the doctor?

Yes, I did. About 12 lbs from referral to start of Optifast. I went through HRRH, no one said anything to me. I lost it all on Opti.

I also gained 4 lbs before optifast... 

I gained 5lbs before starting optifast and than lost 20lbs during my 3 weeks on optifast.

 I have been trying to so hard to eat healthy and was weighed at HRRH when I had my DT/SW/RN appt. on June 18th.  The scale has not budged since then and I meet with Dr. Lindsay next Thurs. and pick up the Opti then.  I have fears of being turned down....it sure is an emotional roller coaster isn't it?  The responses here make me feel much better. Thank YOU all !

 I have my first meet with doctor Lindsey next Thursday also. I was just concerned because if my under active thyroid I might have gained 5 pound or so and have the staff tell me I cont do the sugary but the post have calmed my fears down. Thank you all!

I meet with Dr. Lindsay at 3:30 p.m. at St. Joe's on the Queensway.  Just wondering what time your appt is....we might be able to meet in person.  Nancy
