Home made baked beans;
soak 1 pound, 454 g dry beans in bean crock covered in water overnight. Drain and place in large pot, cover with water and bring to a boil. Boil for 5 minutes. Turn down to simmer for @1/2 hour. Take bean or two out and ensure you're happy with how soft it is (it will only soften a little after sugar is added). Once happy with the tenderness, drain and place in slow cooker.
Combine 1 cup hot water, 2 t dry mustard, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/2 cup molasses, 1 t salt, 1/2 t pepper, 1/4 pound bacon chopped in small chunks, 1 t apple cider vinegar. Pour over beans. Add enough warm water to ensure everything in slow cooker is covered. Place an onion cut into eighths on top of the ingredients. Set on high and cook for 4 to six hours. Can be cooked in a bean crock at 300 degrees for four to six hours. Add water during cooking process if neccessary to keep from going dry (esp needed if using oven). Don't stir too often or vigerously.

We go out ALOT! I have never had any issues with finding something on the menus. My fiance waits to order until I do cuz I never eat it all. I "usually" will have a salad, soup, chicken or fish. Have fun at the pub tonight

Today, my "m-i-l" decided to make breakie- french toast. I told her I wanted one, she made me two and I ate a half of one. The bread is too thick, blah.
B- french toast
L- I see some "keilbasa and cheese" in the fridge
D- we will likely go out for dinner- depending on where we go, soup or salad maybe, and if the man orders wings, I will have 1 or 2.
snacks- not too sure for today- maybe some triscuits with herb and garlic cream cheese.... I might go to the store and get some yoguart or something
All liquids and vitamins in

I am seeing my doctor for 3 month appointment and will talk to him re the vomiting because ever since I moved to puree stage (ie off applesauce & yogurt) I haven't gone 3 days without vomiting. At best, without meat and gluten, I've managed 2 days in a row.
