Pumped for tomorrow!!
i've been running more regularly, i've done a 10k before, back in April. Basically, i've been running three times a week. Twice on weekdays, about 5 k or so, and a 10k on Sunday.
I started running last august, i did the Learn to Run clinic at the running room, and been running irregularly ever since.
