Congrats. what was your time line from SW DT RN ? before you got your date? Im having surgery with the same dr but I still have my appointments to do?

Orientation: July 23 2012 Dr Sullivan : August 16, 2012 Dietician, SW, RN, Sept 26, 2012 Dr Sullivan Oct 17, 2012 and pick up Optifast PATTS: October 24, 2012 Surgery: November 6, 2012. Starting weight 277 surgery weight 268

I was referred in March, had SW, Dietician, Dr, Psych, nurse appts in end of april, beginging of may.. then I had no progress until Sept 4th when I had my physio and nurse practioner appt. then saw the surgeon via OTN on Friday the 7th, then got my date today, the 10th :)
