Pls Recommend your Favorite SF Syrup Flavours to me
Okay, like everything, taste is personal and YMMV... but here's my favourites.
Chocolate (protein shakes, coffee), French Vanilla (protein shakes, coffee, baking, yogurt), Cookie Dough (coffee, baking, protein shakes), Hazelnut (coffee, protein shakes), Banana (protein shakes, yogurt, baking), English Toffee (coffee, protein shakes) and Peanut Butter (protein shakes, baking) from DaVinci's. I tried Torani's chocolate and didn't particularly like it. I also tried just the regular vanilla from DaVinci's and found the French Vanilla much better.

SF Vanilla is my standby. At Starbucks you can get it for $9.99. Homesense sells them too.

I use the Davinci sugar-free syrups and I buy them online from Low Carb Grocery. They deliver within 48 hours and have a huge selection of flavours. When I was on OptiFast, I used the coconut and raspberry flavours a lot. Now I mainly use banana syrup in my protein shake, made with Unjury unflavored protein powder. I had a hard time getting my protein shakes in at first, but the banana makes it taste like banana milk so not bad at all! I also bought the vanilla syrup, but mostly use banana.

I tried our Winners on Saturday but they didn't have any. I thought I might try the Low Carb Grocer on my way to my next appt on Monday.
