Two Years Post-Op

At first I bought the Beneprotein powder which mixes into food or liquid. It helped me bump up my protein values.  I remember it being a little challenging getting everything in at first.

Cottage cheese and Greek yogurt are high sources of protein which I ate a lot when  I was first permitted to do so.

It gets easier every day!

Congratulations.   I love plastic surgery photos.  Be sure to take some (even if under a T shirt).  For yourself.

Wow - weighing and measuring everything ! I'm not doing that, but I mostly buy pre-packaged single serving sizes. (I know it's more expensive but easier for the road and I'm single and eating so much less it doesn't matter.)

Nuts - have to go eh?

Much to ponder in your post. Thanks for sharing !

Well, nuts are healthy. Almonds and walnuts especially. I discovered Picard Peanuts and realized  I was just eating way too many of them. A few here ... a few there...add up to a lot of calories.
I love the wasabi coated ones oooooooooohhhhhhhh. So for me they had to go.

What a fantastic post!  Such honesty.  You said in your opening that you had wanted to say something profound.  "F U Mofo" did it for me!  LMAO.
You're an inspiration and I'm so grateful to you for sharing.

Thank You. My husband was with me and he says to this day he didn't hear him say it.  I wonder if he is just being kind. I'll ask him again after I get some fat injections in my face. (can you believe that- fat put back?)

The comment reminded me that we shouldn't judge people.

Yeah, maybe my face looks somewhat sunken but hey look at where I have come from.
We truly don't know what people have been through.
