Tomorrow is my last time seeing the Dr before sugery on Novmeber 6, 2012 . I start Optifast on Saturday and I am ready. Quick question. Am I allowed to take lactose pills with Optifast as I am lactose intalerant? and Optifast is has milk ?

Orientation: July 23 2012 Dr Sullivan : August 16, 2012 Dietician, SW, RN, Sept 26, 2012 Dr Sullivan Oct 17, 2012 and pick up Optifast PATTS: October 24, 2012 Surgery: November 6, 2012. Starting weight 277 surgery weight 268

Ask him, or call the Dieticians/RN at HRRH's clinic...

I am not doing Opti because it is not ok for me to have the ingredients in it so I am unsure about lactose issues.
