Today at work after my pre op I was feeling really good about myself my clothes seem to fit a little loser. When to go in to my car and said ooh no one is around let me pass some gas. Well I have read several times never to trust a fart. I guess I'm one of those people who like to learn the hard way. .... I am 100km from home as I work out of town and I need to purchase some gas . Do that means my wet pants will be seen . I am not happy at all. So everyone when you feel the urge to pass gas don't go to the washroom just in case. This is for people on optifast like me and people who has had surgery . Not a happy camper. There is the joke for today. Hope it put a few smiles on faces out there lol. All I could do is laugh at myself right at this very moment lol lol lol not happy

I have irritable bowel and I can relate to this. I feel bad for you. It has always happened at home and I worry that it could happen when I'm away from home. Scary!
