got my first appt booked!
Woohoo!! December 20th I go in for my first appointment...think I have all my i's dotted and t's crossed...the team at Guelph was wonderful, covered everything you could possibly think about. There was one lady there that mentioned she worked for Nestles and was able to get the opti cheaper...wonder if she made a ton of new friends last night??? LOL
Moving on doesn't mean you forget about things. It just means you have to accept what happened and continue LIVING

I run The O.W.L.S. (Ottawa Weight Loss Surgery) Closet. We are a local clothing exchange and social group stemmed off of a couple of the local support boards on Facebook and also OH members for those having had or going to have WLS. We meet monthly for a large clothing exchange and potluck in the East end of Ottawa.
