rotating exercise

I  biked all summer and my legs are much stronger. I took today off to work on my kitchen. Emptied all the crap on counters and fridge etc. I washed cabinets and some walls. Stripped wallpaper and did some painting. I am now exhausted. I realise I need to work on my upper body. My arms and shoulders are done in. I need to change up my exercise. Even my hands hurt. The worse part is there is a lot more to do. It is going to be a long week.

LOL My house is about 100 yrs old. The kitchen needs to be gutted and re-done. What we are currently doing is camouflage.

Good for you! and yes you do need to change up your exercising. Your upper body and core needs help too and as much as it hurts now? It's gonna hurt even more tomorrow

But look at it as the beginning of upper body workouts :)
