rotating exercise
I biked all summer and my legs are much stronger. I took today off to work on my kitchen. Emptied all the crap on counters and fridge etc. I washed cabinets and some walls. Stripped wallpaper and did some painting. I am now exhausted. I realise I need to work on my upper body. My arms and shoulders are done in. I need to change up my exercise. Even my hands hurt. The worse part is there is a lot more to do. It is going to be a long week.
Ugh - rest up, sounds like you did a ton of work today!
