Does Kingston send letters too?

Just wondered, after reading many posts on these boards, it seems that most centres send "orientation packages" to clients. is this a practice that Kingston does as well? Anyone have any idea how long after they receive the referral that people get the orientation letters?

Yes, they send out a package and a 14 pg questionnaire that you bring when you go to orientation
