One year surgery anniversary!--Pic Heavy!

Well here it is. Here is my one year post op post. Sadly I haven't been had any time to post. I have recently moved out of Windsor to Cambridge and started a new job.

Wow 2012 has been renamed the "Year of Manda". This was the year that I wasn't going to let my weight work against me. I was going to kick obesity ass. My biggest struggle post op is my brain. I often feel like a failure and feel like I should be in a different place than I am now. But I know it isn't true but its something I do struggle with. When most of you think that someone has lost 200 pounds they have to be smaller but I often forget where I came from. Everyday is a new day for me to be the better chose to be.

Climbed the McKinley Monument

Walked to the most southern point of CanadaFound Love

And I did my first 5km

So I have lost 203 pounds and went from 77 BMI to 44

I love my RNY! Yes. I do still struggle with some things but what doesn't kill you makes you stronger!
