Megan, thank you so much for this. I have read through the whole thing and now will print out the parts I need. I believe that it is well organized and accessible. My surgery is at TWH in a month and this is a real step by step for this time when stress and anxiety interfere with keeping everything in mind! Again, BIG thanks!
