Well got back on the scale to see that I have lost another 3 ponds, So very about that! Yah I now weight 167bls To think that the clinic had given me a goal weigh of 180 NEVER! I will rock this surgery! So excited cause as time goes on you loose less and it's easy to get back to my old self who failed at so many weight lost attempt! But then I loose a few more ponds and believe in myself again!

That is awesome. My understanding is the clinic goal is always higher so that you can feel successful even if you never get to a normal BMI.

But you are so close to getting to that point. :)

same with me Bridget. They said I would hit 180 as my goal. I am down to 170 and still going. So far I have lost 95 lbs and I am shooting for 15 more! We determine how far we can go!
