CRAZY Trans-Canada Challenge: Time to post your weekly mileage
The only way to not gain weight on a cruise is not eat the portions they give you and to exercise.
I ran 2-3 miles a day on the deck but did more miles on the recumbent bike. I have no idea how many miles I walked on the shore or how many flights of stairs I walked but there were 20 steps per floor.
My measured kilometers were 241k up until today. I'll be out for my run in a couple hours and hopefully I will have figured out how to dress with the climate difference between the Caribbean and Ontario. ![]()
