Another Costco ad

Bought Centrum 50+ 300 pills for $19.99. That is very good. They also had calcium caltrate and vit D on sale. And as previously posted the Whey powder is on sale. The OH bars were not but they have more selection in the one on Warden in Toronto I went to. For those of you adventerous type I pick up a bathing suit for $23.00. They had a couple of styles. size 8-18

Pat I was at Costco and was going to pick up the Centrum 50+ but didn't are they as good as Biartric multivitamin.

However, I did get protein shakes as they are on sale and picked up the liquid calcium already tried it and it was yummy. Liquid vitamins are better for me to take anyway because of my crohns I seem to absorb them more.

I have used the centrum from the beginning. First as chewable then as solid pills. My blood work has been good. It was one of the branhd TWH suggested.

Caltrate?

That's the wrong form for us.

Guess I am confused. I was told at my lst dietitian meeting that what I had was wrong because it was not caltrate.

You wEre probably taking carbonate.  

It is citrate that we need.  

Caltrate is a brand.  It is carbonate. 

Your right. I can't believe I bought the wrong one yet again. I really dislike the wellnes brand so will have to start my search again.
