I have a pitiful 28 kms to report for team B this week. This flu has kicked the stuffing right out of me!

Starting to feel better so hopefully will be recovered by the end of this week so this week will likely have less than stellar results too but look out next week!

I am getting back on track, and did 41 km this week for team B (this is really good for me lol)! got a pedometer with distance so now its easy to keep track. Oh and also joined the Y. YAAY! lol

Surgery was July 19 2012, and I am doing great!! Only one regret....wish I did this years ago!!!!
