CRAZY Trans-Canada Challenge: Time to post your weekly mileage
Congrats on the bowling. I am an awful bowler. Never could keep my wrists straight. LOL
I have 17km for A Team. I bought a kette ball. I have been using it to try to get some arm muscle. Maybe the bat wings will be a little firmer.
I am going on vacation in February and I actually signed up to do a zip line which ends in rappelling. My husband can't believe I suggested it but what the heck
How much was your kettle bell? I wish my gym had them.

Oops- and I meant to comment on your bowling skillz....way to go. I suck, like really suck, at bowling. If they had provincials for gutter balls, I would win. Although, I do awesome when my kids have birthday parties and they put the bumpers on the sides. :-)
Also, I'm changing up my indoor running. So here are the new things I tried this week. Twice i've done intervals, high speed (well, MY high speed) running, to low speed running. One day I did an incline for a run (I heard that running with a slight incline can make it "somewhat" more similar to running outside).
This week my goal is to try to beat my current best of 27:30 for 5k....which is a crazy number already. But Let's see what I can do!!
