Sorry people, I have a question? I take my vitamins religiously. And today, after seeing the doctor, I was told to not take anything but fluids. Is that okay?

Absolutely, not a problem not to take them for a few days. Make sure lots of fluids so you don't dehydrate

I know I am not a "vet"! BUT.... When I called Ottawa they didn't want me going over 4 days without at least my multi.....
